Who Decides What? A Quiz for Adults Who Think They Know
Think you know how decisions get made in your Scout organization? Are youth really leading, or are adults just really good at scheduling meetings?
It’s time to find out—with a quiz that’s as fun as it is eye-opening. “Who Decides What?” is a short, multiple-choice quiz that playfully (but truthfully) explores who holds power in areas like program design, finances, uniforms, social media… and even the menu at national camp.
Expect fictional case studies that feel a little too real. Laugh at the options (and maybe at yourself). Reflect on the hidden power dynamics we rarely talk about.
This quiz is made for adult volunteers who want to be part of the solution, but also want to enjoy the process. Because let’s face it—growth is easier when you’re not taking yourself too seriously. So take the quiz. Learn a little. Laugh a lot. And maybe, just maybe, change how decisions get made.
