Volunteer for JOTA-JOTI

Join the team of the world’s largest digital and radio Scout event!

JOTA-JOTI (Jamboree on the Air, Jamboree on the Internet) brings together millions of young people and volunteers every October for a weekend of exciting activities that foster intercultural communication and friendship using amateur radio and the Internet. This event wouldn’t be possible without the passionate Scouts and supporters who power it behind the scenes.

Whether you’re already part of the team or thinking about joining, this page is for you!

Why volunteer?

Volunteering at JOTA-JOTI means being at the centre of a global movement that’s all about building friendships, sharing skills, and promoting peace. Whether you’re supporting activities, moderating chats and platforms or supporting young participants, you’ll play a key role in shaping a meaningful experience for thousands of Scouts worldwide.

As a volunteer, you can:

🌐 Gain real-world experience working on a global event.
🧠 Enhance your leadership, project management and cross-cultural communication skills.
🤝 Connect with Scouts and leaders from around the world.
💜 Help in the implementation of a key event that supports Scouting’s mission.
